Flora get UK towns active ahead of the London Marathon

Every year Flora goes on a mission to ‘Get Town’s Active’ and in 2022 it had the support TV presenter Mark Wright and marathon runner Paula Radcliffe.

With research showing that people are struggling to fit activity into their day due to their busy lifestyle, Mark and Paula wanted to encourage people to make one tiny change to become more active.

Mark was able to talk about the change he had made – running the London Marathon – and Paula was about to share her tips to keeping active.

In the run up to the marathon, we garnered coverage on Loose Women, Sky News, Good Morning Britain, GB News, Times Radio, LBC, London Live and 12 regional BBC stations.
