National Trust find unsigned artists to record music in the McCartney’s childhood home

- ObjectiveGenerate coverage for The National Trust’s Forthlin Sessions to celebrate Sir Paul McCartney’s 80th birthday.
The McCartney’s childhood home on Forthlin Road is where they wrote many Beatles hits. Now owned by the National Trust, it wanted to use this space to inspire the next generation of musicians.
We used broadcast to announce the search for new artists, reveal the winners, and show inside the home where Paul and Mike McCartney grew up.
We partnered with Mike for interviews and were able to secure 40+ pieces of coverage, including BBC Breakfast, Good Morning Britain, BBC’s Today programme, 5 News, Heart, BBC News, BBC Radio 2, BBC 6 Music, Sky News and regional BBC radio.
