Harrods launch brand new concept store in Westfield

At a time where we saw huge changes to the retail industry as businesses begun to re-open after the pandemic under challenging conditions, we supported Harrods who opened a brand new concept store in West field London tomorrow to help manage the footfall of customers to its busy Knights bridge location.

The store was especially designed to support social distancing by allowing more space for customers to shop for sale items, and will allow the business to adapt and grow in undoubtedly challenging times for the economy.

We invited national media to the store the day before opening to film live and interview with Michael Ward the MD of Harrods, and both Sky News and ITV London came to film.

We also recorded B-roll which was offered to the media and used as part of both pieces.
