Objective: To use livestreaming technology and enhanced production values to co-create an impactful Town Hall event that engaged employees, ensuring it was more memorable than just another webinar. 

The Challenge: With the increase in “remote” experiences in the workplace post-Covid, remote internal comms events can get lost among the many Zoom meetings that punctuate employee’s days. With Bosch’s Town Hall, BR Studio set out to deliver the best content solution to achieve cut-through. 

What We Delivered: When Bosch approached BR Studio, our first step was to apply our cross-disciplinary expertise to devise a strong content strategy. We then successfully executed this strategy through high production values and interactive elements which enhanced engagement and retention. Utilising multi-camera setups, we provided dynamic and visually rich coverage. 

BR Studio integrated live Q&A sessions, allowing both in-person and virtual audiences to participate in real-time, fostering inclusion and immediate feedback. The event space was transformed with sofas and stylish furnishings, creating a relaxed and approachable environment that encouraged open dialogue. By seamlessly combining physical and virtual elements, we ensured remote attendees had an equally engaging experience as those attending in real life.
